We founded the Rocky Mountain Pinball Company after working for several of Colorado’s best aerospace companies. While working for a company that valued motivated employees, we found that putting pinball in the breakroom reduced stress, boosted morale, and set our employer apart from the competition. This company continues to deliver double digit growth in a saturated market and finds it easy to recruit talent from other companies that neglect the power of a great culture.

At RMPC we love impacting Denver businesses by helping create powerful corporate cultures. We also have a core value for giving back. We donate 10% of each dollar we earn to the Project Pinball and Third Story charities.
